2014 digital sidecar is telling us something is wrong and we ignore it's message and waste an hour "chasing ghost"

1. When the robot is not working, check the lights on the devices
2. If one of the three lights on the side car are out or the RSL light doesn't flash up after a few minutes, fix the problem with the digital side car
